The Services are provided by Task Rebel AI (“Task Rebel AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting information, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and the organization.
Task Rebel AI provides business technology and digital services that may include:
Customer relationship management tools;
Website, funnel, and landing-page tools;
Email and SMS communication features;
Appointment scheduling and calendar tools;
Workflow and follow-up automation;
Artificial intelligence tools and assistants;
Lead-capture and lead-management services;
Reputation-management tools;
Business analytics and reporting;
Consulting, setup, customization, and support services; and
Other related products, features, and subscription services.
Available features may vary depending on the plan, package, or service selected. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the Services.
You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information when it changes.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
All activity conducted through your account; and
Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful business purposes.
You may not:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Send communications without the recipient’s legally required consent;
Send spam, deceptive messages, or prohibited content;
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, Services, accounts, or systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;
Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Services except as expressly authorized;
Use the Services to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

When you provide your telephone number and separately opt in to receive text messages, you authorize Task Rebel AI to send customer-care and marketing messages to that number.

Appointment confirmations and reminders;
Trial, subscription, or account updates;
Service notifications;
Requested follow-up communications;
Information about Task Rebel AI products and services; and
Occasional promotions or special offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for ensuring that the telephone number you provide is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
Your SMS consent applies only to Task Rebel AI and is not transferable to another business or organization. For information about how mobile information and consent records are handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your email address, you agree that we may send transactional or service-related emails, including account notices, appointment information, requested resources, billing communications, and support responses.
When you separately consent to marketing communications, we may also send information about services, updates, and promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending necessary account, billing, security, or transactional communications.
If you use Task Rebel AI to communicate with your own customers or leads, you are responsible for:
Obtaining all legally required consent before contacting recipients;
Maintaining appropriate records of consent;
Providing clear opt-out instructions;
Honoring opt-out and do-not-contact requests;
Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, carrier requirements, and other applicable laws;
Ensuring that your contact lists are accurate and lawfully obtained; and
Ensuring that the content of your communications is lawful and not misleading.
Task Rebel AI does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your particular campaigns, forms, messages, or communication practices comply with every law applicable to your business.
Certain Services may use artificial intelligence to generate text, responses, recommendations, workflows, summaries, or other content.
AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, or sending it.
You must not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
Task Rebel AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
If you purchase a product or subscription, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize Task Rebel AI and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.
Prices, billing frequencies, included features, and applicable fees will be disclosed during checkout or in a separate service agreement.
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, usage charges, add-on fees, communication charges, and other amounts disclosed in connection with your selected plan.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate access to the Services.
Trial periods and promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed when you register.
Unless otherwise stated during registration, a trial may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period if payment information was provided and automatic conversion was clearly disclosed during enrollment.
Promotional offers may be limited to eligible new customers and may not be combined with other offers. We may modify or discontinue promotional offers to the extent permitted by law.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account settings or by contacting Task Rebel AI at info@taskrebelai.com.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement:
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals;
Access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period;
Charges already paid are generally nonrefundable; and
Setup, customization, consulting, usage, messaging, and third-party service fees are nonrefundable once incurred or delivered.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previously processed payments.
The Website and Services—including Task Rebel AI’s branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, videos, templates, workflows, and other materials—are owned by Task Rebel AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Task Rebel AI grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit Task Rebel AI’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content and information you upload or submit through the Services (“Customer Content”).
You grant Task Rebel AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.
You are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of important Customer Content. Data retention and deletion may be subject to our Privacy Policy, applicable subscription terms, and technical limitations.
The Services may connect to or rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, telecommunications providers, artificial intelligence providers, social networks, and other integrations.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Task Rebel AI does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, pricing, or performance of third-party services.
Changes or interruptions affecting a third-party service may affect features available through Task Rebel AI.

By using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
We work to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may occasionally be limited because of maintenance, upgrades, security events, technical problems, carrier restrictions, third-party outages, internet interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may perform changes or maintenance when reasonably necessary to maintain security, compliance, performance, or functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services if:
You violate these Terms;
Required payments remain unpaid;
Your activities create security, legal, compliance, or reputational risk;
You use the Services to send unlawful or unauthorized communications;
A carrier, service provider, or government authority requires restriction; or
Continuing to provide the Services is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Task Rebel AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, leads, sales, appointments, advertising results, or other results from using the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Rebel AI and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the Website or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Rebel AI’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Task Rebel AI for the applicable Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Task Rebel AI and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Website or Services;
Your Customer Content;
Your communications with customers, leads, or other recipients;
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
Your infringement of another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technology, or legal obligations.
When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you must stop using the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable order forms, and any separate written service agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and Task Rebel AI concerning the Services.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
